Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Cum Office Administration with 2+ years of proven expertise in driving marketing growth through data-driven strategies, digital transformation, and brand leadership. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns by leveraging AI marketing tools, data mining, advanced analytics, and market intelligence to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of modern marketing tools, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals,
current market trends, and AI-driven insights. - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social
media, email, and offline marketing. - Perform advanced data mining, customer segmentation, and market analytics to
identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. - Analyse large marketing datasets, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights
for senior management. - Lead demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization initiatives in
coordination with sales teams. - Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communications across all
platforms. - Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and
sentiment analysis using AI tools. - Own and manage marketing budgets, marketing performance metrics, and optimize
spend for maximum efficiency. - Customer databases, and marketing automation tools to ensure data accuracy and
performance tracking. - Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, designers, and media partners for
campaign execution. - Monitor website performance, media performance, and social media analytics.
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and corporate marketing
initiatives. - Oversee general office administration, including maintaining office supplies, managing
day-to-day office operations, coordinating internal meetings, and ensuring smooth
workflow across teams. - Assist in scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks to support both
marketing and overall office efficiency. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance with marketing policies.
- Prepare and present detailed marketing performance reports and strategic
recommendations to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications: - MBA (Marketing) / BBA; any graduate with relevant marketing certifications
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and
sentiment analysis using AI tools - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
