Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves overall project coordination, budgeting and cost control, risk management, quality and safety compliance, vendor and contract management, and team leadership. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards, while effectively coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and leading project teams to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end civil and infrastructure projects from initiation to
    completion, ensuring adherence to approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
    standards.
  • Develop detailed project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation plans,
    and deliverable matrices, and monitor progress to identify delays, cost overruns, risks,
    and deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports covering allocation of resources,
    commercial status, project timelines, deliverables, progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports, MIS reports, dashboards,
    and performance updates for senior management, clients, and consultants.
  • Manage project budgeting, costing, estimation, BOQs, rate analysis, billing, cash flow,
    certifications, variations, claims, and final accounts, ensuring strong financial control
    and timely client billing.
  • Evaluate and manage change orders and variation orders, assess their time and cost
    impact, prepare justifications, and coordinate approvals with clients and consultants.
  • Lead and coordinate tendering activities including preparation and evaluation of
    technical and commercial bids, vendor and subcontractor selection, negotiation,
    purchase order issuance, and complete contract administration.
  • Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
    and services in line with contractual requirements and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC,
    safety, and site execution, and external stakeholders including clients, consultants,
    authorities, and vendors for smooth project execution and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control standards, project
    specifications, applicable codes, and statutory requirements through regular
    inspections, audits, and reviews.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites, conduct risk
    assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure preparation and submission of
    safety and compliance reports with implementation of corrective actions.
  • Identify, assess, and manage technical, contractual, financial, and operational risks
    throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Provide consulting and advisory inputs to clients and consultants on planning,
    constructability, value engineering, execution strategies, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory approvals, environmental norms, and contractual
    obligations related to civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams including project engineers, site engineers,
    supervisors, and support staff by assigning responsibilities, setting performance targets,
    monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety,
    and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain complete project documentation including drawings, schedules,
    approvals, contracts, correspondence, cost reports, and handover documents.
  • Manage project handover, commissioning, close-out activities, and final documentation
    upon successful project completion.

  • B. Tech/ M. Tech / ME Civil Engineering
  • Primavera P6, AutoCAD 2D, STAAD Pro
  • Project planning, scheduling, and execution control
  • Budgeting, project costing, billing, and financial control
  • Risk management and problem-solving
  • Vendor, subcontractor, and contract management
  • Quality assurance, quality control, and safety (HSE) compliance
  • Team leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in any ERP systems for project tracking and reporting
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Consulting and advisory skills for client and consultant coordination
